Leadership Academy Overview
The development of the South Bend Area REALTORS Leadership Academy is designed to identify, foster, and educate active members of SBAR who have expressed their leadership interest and potential. Over the course of six sessions, participants will gain the tools necessary to be effective leaders within our organization and our community. Participants will learn how to best collaborate with others, local and state governance, and industry best practices, with a focus on elevating the foundation for future local leaders.
This program includes:

Part 1: DISC Assessment & Emotional Intelligence (April 24)
Part 2: Community Volunteer Day / Team Building (April 25)
Session #2:
IAR Summer Summit (May 31 – June 2 in South Bend)
Session #3:
Your Role as a Leader (June 23)
Session #4:
Fair Housing (July 21)
Session #5:
Legislation, Law, & RPAC (August 30 – September 1 in Indianapolis)
Session #6:
The Business of Associations (September 15)
Session #7:
Leadership Inspiration (October 20)
