Multiple Listing Service

The Multiple Listing Service is a member service, managed by the South Bend Area REALTORS®, to facilitate the sharing of listing information among REALTOR® members.  Our MLS is part of the Indiana Regional Multiple Listing Service, a service that has fourteen cooperating REALTOR® Associations from throughout the state, with over 7,000 subscribing users accessing the system.  The MLS provides for the wide distribution of listing information for homes and other real estate, helping to ensure maximum exposure for sellers and buyers, alike.

The MLS oversight is managed by its own Board of Directors.  The MLS is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the South Bend Area REALTORS®.  The MLS Directors consist of three REALTOR® members who are managing brokers in their real estate brokerage firm.
