Community Partners Program

The South Bend Area REALTORS® has partnered with several of our favorite local businesses to bring members special savings in each of our communities with the newly released Community Partners Program. This program provides benefits for both REALTOR® and Affiliate members while strengthening the connection between local, sustainable, independently-owned businesses. It also allows a way for our SBAR membership to directly support the robust local economy, keeping dollars right here in St. Joseph County.

SBAR members can receive a number of great discounts at the following St. Joseph County businesses. Simply present an SBAR Community Perks card and ID at a participating business to receive the discount. SBAR members can pick up a Community Perks card from the SBAR office. If this option isn’t feasible, all managing brokers will receive them to distribute to their team within the next week or two.
